Shipping Policy
We deliver our products throughout India. withing 2-3 days we dispatch the order from our end share tracking number to you. However, there may be certain areas where we do not deliver. Each product page has a Shipping Area Check. For all purchases above Rs 800, the
order will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost.
Shipping charges will be levied on orders below Rs. 800. Shipping Charges may vary on the weight of your order and your location. The applicable Shipping Charges are shown in your Order Summary before you proceed to Payments If your order is cancelled or not delivered to your desired location, we will refund the order amount including Shipping charges within 24 to 48 working hours*.
If you return an order that is delivered to you, we will still refund your entire amount including the Shipping charges within 4 to 5 working days*.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund policy and Cancellation Policy Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Returns All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition. Return Process To return an item, please email customer service at jellytown22@gmail.com with a clear video that shows the product’s defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be picked up within 4 working days, and we’ll work on sending you a replacement within 3 working days upon receipt of the product by our team. Refunds We do not offer refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we do offer exchanges.
